I am a commercial legal, tax and corporate services advisor based in Manama. Originally from Syria, I have made the Gulf my home for more than two decades, and I have built my career around international wealth structuring, corporate advisory and cross-border planning.
I joined the Sovereign Group in 2011. Today I am Managing Partner of Sovereign Trust Consultancy (Bahrain) W.L.L., alongside responsibility for the Group's operations in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Sovereign Art Foundation.
I serve as Ambassador for the Middle East of the Sovereign Art Foundation, the Sovereign Group's charitable arm. The Foundation uses the arts to support disadvantaged children through expressive-arts programmes that help build confidence and self-esteem. I have supported its work in the region since 2014 and took on the Ambassador role in 2025. The 2025 Bahrain Students Prize gala, held under royal patronage, raised USD1.8 million for charity.
